We orchestrate order flows, cost optimization, event management, invoice control, and much more. Your role would be to ensure this service is uninterrupted for all our customers. And you would help make this journey for our customers a wonderful experience.
YOUR DAY
First, you help yourself to a stacked Latté Macchiato, because nobody can be expected to perform properly without the right juice to fire you up. You spend about an hour answering some customer questions to ensure they can continue their work. After that, you check your Kanban board for other challenges to conquer today. Halfway through the day, you and your team have cleared most of the board, you prevented 2 potentially major issues, answered 5 phone calls, replied to 20 emails and realize you still have time to help your fellow Solution Consultants with some service requests. Because this is what you do. You take care of things; you get things done. And when you’re done, you look for more. If there’s nothing more, you will think about what you can improve for your customers, the company, your team, and yourself. And when your family asks what kind of work you do, you tell them you are responsible for millions of people worldwide to enjoy on-time delivery. Real heroes don’t need a cape. But feel free to add it to your attire.
